Patrick Rodgers, Science/Math Tutor

Patrick Rodgers is one of the incredible educators behind the learning magic at Ace Education Centre and our go-to Science specialist. Patrick is an Ontario Certified Teacher and a recent graduate of Ontario Tech University, where he earned his Bachelor of Education with a specialization in Senior Sciences.

Before becoming a teacher, Patrick completed an Honours Bachelor of Science at Wilfrid Laurier University, majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. His strong academic background allows him to confidently guide students through everything from foundational science concepts to more advanced topics in biology, chemistry, and physics. At Ace, Patrick also steps in to support math tutoring when needed, helping students strengthen their analytical and problem-solving skills.

Patrick has a true passion for teaching and a natural ability to make complex scientific ideas clear, engaging, and approachable. He believes that with the right encouragement, strategies, and support, every student can build confidence and achieve their goals. His sessions focus on creating a positive, patient, and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, thinking critically, and celebrating their progress.

When he’s not helping students succeed at Ace, Patrick is a devoted animal lover who shares his home with two dogs and three cats. In his free time, you might find him crocheting, solving puzzle and logic games, or heading to the mountains for a day of snowboarding.
